The registration fee includes the welcome reception on Sunday November 17^th, the conference map with the book of abstracts, coffee breaks, sandwich lunches at noon, the guided tours in the 3 museums of “The Culture- and Convention Centre ‘Het Pand’ on Tuesday November 19^th, …

There is a reduced registration fee for master and doctoral students.

There is also a possibility to register for a one or two day participation.

 

The conference dinner on Tuesday November 19^th is optional and includes 3 courses and beverages. Vegetarians should indicate this during the online registration. Special diet requests should be mailed to MuseumCollections@UGent.be.

The post-conference tour on Thursday November 21^th includes the guided visit to the Zoology Museum, the Museum for the History of Sciences, the Morphology Museum and the Botanical Garden, the transport by bus and the sandwich lunch. The organization has the right to cancel the post-conference tour in case the number of registrations is below 20 participants. The already registered participants for the post-conference tour will receive a full refund of the registration fee.

 

Cancellation with full refunding is possible until October 1^st. After this date, the registration fee will only partially be refunded.
